All rooms and public areas are equipped and furnished with a strong focus on locally handcrafted Sri Lankan materials, including teak furniture, natural stone, hand-made clay and reed elements.

Development & Realisation

The development phase required careful alignment between international hospitality standards and local execution.

Design, layout and material choices were guided by:

  • operational functionality

  • integration into the natural and cultural environment

As a foreign-owned project, particular emphasis was placed on regulatory compliance, coordination with local authorities and sustainable integration into the surrounding area.

Daily operations include:

The project demonstrates how hands-on operations, direct ownership responsibility and realistic planning translate into stable operations and high guest satisfaction.
